UNDERTAKING AGREEMENT

I/We, the undersigned Parents of do hereby agree and undertake that during the course of Home Tuition provided by BEYOND LEARNERS, any misconduct, misbehavior, or unlawful act committed by my ward/student, guardian, or attendant shall be my/our sole responsibility. The Institute shall not be held liable or responsible for such acts, and any such matter, if arises, shall be subject to legal/judicial action as per law.
