We, the undersigned Student and Parent/Guardian, hereby declare and undertake the following:

1. I (the Student) am seeking admission to this institute on my own interest and with the consent of my parent/guardian.

2. All information furnished in the application form is true and correct to the best of our knowledge. If any detail is found false or misleading, the admission may be cancelled without refund of fees.

3. The Institute has the right to send official communication through SMS, e-mail, phone alerts, or posts on the given contact details.

4. In case of my achievements or selection in any competitive exam or activity, the Institute reserves the right to use my name, photo, and other relevant information for academic/publicity purposes.

5. I and my parent/guardian accept full responsibility for any mis-happening occurring with me, whether inside or outside the Institute premises. The Institute shall not be held responsible in any manner.

6. I shall be responsible for my suspension or cancellation of admission if found guilty of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones/internet, misbehaviour, use of abusive language, passing derogatory remarks, violence/fight, or any illegal/indecent activity inside or outside the Institute premises.

7. I accept to pay any fine imposed by the Institute authority for indiscipline or for damage caused to Institute property, whether individually or jointly with others.

8. I shall abide by all academic and administrative rules of the Institute, including – discipline, labs, library, transport, parking, hostel, educational tours, sports, test schedules, and attendance requirements.

9. I shall respect all staff, teachers, and fellow students, and maintain the dignity of the institute.

10. I and my parent/guardian accept that all fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, and I shall pay all fees and dues as per the notified schedule.
